Windfall Tax – Stay not granted – Sindh High Court

The Sindh High Court, on November 29, 2023, instead of granting interim stay to Banks against payment of Windfall tax, has issued notices to respondents [FBR] to submit its rebuttal on the next date of hearing.

In respect of the similar case, the Islamabad High Court has granted interim stay to petitioners.
