Windfall Tax – Lahore High Court – Stay not granted –

Inline with the stance taken by the Sindh High Court, the Lahore High Court has also issued notices to respondents [FBR] to submit its rebuttal on the petitions filed against the applicability of Windfall Tax. Reportedly, stay has not been granted by the Lahore High Court. 

In respect of the similar case, the Islamabad High Court has granted interim stay to petitioners.
