KTBA’s Letter No. 109 dated 15-11-2023 – Ultimate Beneficial Ownership [FBR]
Karachi Tax Bar Association, in a letter dated November 15, 2023, addressed to the Chairman FBR, has highlighted, that the prescribed form for submission of record of Beneficial Ownership under Section 181E of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, is not yet available on FBR portal.
